Foxbristle sells art materials out of Leander, Texas, through our own store and the major online marketplaces. We carry student grade and artist grade alike, and we tell people which one they actually need — which is why they come back and ask us.
Four things that stay true on every order.
A purchase order at your wholesale price, paid by card before anything ships. Nothing sits on your books waiting to see how it sells, and every unit has a supplier invoice behind it.
We sign your MAP or internet pricing policy before the first order and stay away from automatic repricing. If you publish a floor, we sit at or above it.
One email address with a person behind it. Questions, customer messages and returns come to us. A real person replies within two business days, often sooner.
A few lines bought properly and watched closely. When something sells, we reorder it.
Which products we would carry and at what pricing. Usually one exchange by email.
Resale certificate, EIN, W-9, and your dealer or MAP agreement signed, usually the same day.
At your standard wholesale pricing, charged to a card before it ships. We order to your opening minimum, not below it.
→ You are paid hereWe’d rather go deeper on the items that move than widen the assortment. If something isn’t working we’ll tell you, rather than discount our way out of it.
Online, the price on the listing is the advertised price. So your MAP policy isn’t paperwork to us. It’s where we sit.
Your MAP or internet pricing policy comes back signed with the application. We’d rather be bound by it from the start.
We stay away from repricing software, so nothing we do will chase your price down overnight, and we won’t undercut your other authorized accounts.
Before we buy, we review every seller already on the listings we would carry, and we share what we find.
